1. Agreement and Project Scope
Projects commence upon confirmation via email, phone, or written contract. Any scope changes may impact cost and timelines.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required information and approvals promptly to avoid delays. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by late inputs.
3. Revisions and Changes
Clients receive a limited number of revisions. Any modifications beyond the agreed scope will incur extra costs.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Liability
We integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways), but Anush Technology is not responsible for issues caused by these services. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses.
5. Payments and Refunds
A 50% advance payment is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion. Cancellations before work begins will receive a full refund. Mid-project cancellations will be adjusted based on work completed.
6. Delivery and Delays
While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as third-party service issues.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of the final product is transferred to the client upon full payment. Clients are responsible for licensing third-party content used in the project.
8. Termination and Disputes
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Disputes will be resolved according to Indian law through arbitration.
9. Confidentiality
Both Anush Technology and the client agree to maintain confidentiality during and after the project.
